"My current focus is serving podcasters.
After selling a large percentage of real estate holdings in 2019 and then selling the real estate podcast in 2020, I shifted my energy to serving other podcast hosts.
Many people know me for apartment investing.
I’ve had the honor of speaking on stages at many of our nations largest real estate and family office conferences on the topic of apartment investing.
Since 2005 I’ve partnered in a little more than $100M in real estate holdings. Mostly as an operator but in 2018 & 2019 my sweetheart and I started investing more as passive investors. We’ve co-invested in 3 great opportunities with great teams but stopped in 2020.
Having experienced the crash of 2008-2011 and losing an apartment investment back then, I have been watching the market carefully and decided to halt acquisitions in March of 2020 and focus on my other business.
My real estate partners and I are of course still manage our portfolio of houses and apartment communities (Currently a general partner of several apartment communities in Texas, Missouri, Georgia, and Connecticut).
Unfortunately none of us have a crystal ball so for me, it feels safer to put acquisitions on hold until this market cycle corrects.
My podcast team consists of about 20 employees and we’re honored to serve podcast clients from all around the world. Helping them launch, grow, and monetize without being overworked."
